Firefox 4.0 Beta 3 : New Look, Safer, And Faster

Look guys! The newest beta version of Firefox internet browser is now available for download as a preview release. You can use the software for a test drive and let them know whenever problem is encounter, but prior to this Firefox had already inform the users that the said pre-release software might encounter some compatibility issues with other websites and add-ons. It's just a like a demo version of latest Internet Explorer, the IE9, to help test the future of Firefox and to regain their reputation as the leading browser today that their faster rival browser like Chrome and Opera took over.

Accordingly, Firefox 4 Beta is the second Firefox beta version based on the Gecko 2.0 web platform, which considered to be stable and safe to use for daily web browsing. The said browser is now available in 24 languages compared to its old version that is only available in English, tabs can be modified, developers can animate content using CSS transitions, more improve and responsive scrolling, JavaScript speed improvements, crash protection, significant API improvements, full webGL support, and more outstanding improvements.  But because of its new and advance feature, they require users to install the software in the following Operating Systems and Versions: Windows (Win2000, WinXP, WinServer2003, WinVista, and Win7) and the hardware minimum requirement is at least Pentium 233 MHz or greater, 64 MB of RAM or greater, and 52 MB of HDD space; Mac OS X 10/4 and later and the minimum hardware must be Macintosh computer with an Interl x86 or PowerPC G3, G4, or G5 processor, 128 MB of RAM or greater, and 200 MB of HDD space; and Linux with the following packages GTK+ 2.10 or higher, GLib 2.12 or higher, Pango 1.14 or higher and X.Org 2.0 or higher so that the Firefox will run, and for optimal functionality of the browser, they recomment packages such as Network Manager 0.7 or higher, DBus 2.0 or higher, HAL 0.5.8 or higher, GNOME 2.16 or higher.

Indeed, it's pretty obvious that Firefox has tried their very best to improve the browser and meet the demand of users and definitely to make them satisfied in terms of safety, speed and look. Though many of todays advance broswer like Chrome, Opera and Safari offers what people were looking like speed and safety still we cannot deny Firefox usefulness in our daily web browsing. Now that they created this more improve browser they were hoping that we could impart something helpful for the future of Firefox.
