Two days after Skype was experiencing serious downtime some were still experiencing related issues, its effects. This was contrary to Skype's first statement that it will just took a few hours to return things normal. Here are some of Skype's users complaints around the globe posted on Twitter:

Obviously, numerous people were affected by the downtime and having hard time in dealing with it.
But in the latest Skype downtime update, they clarify that it's not possible for them to predict on an individual basis when will everybody be able to sign in again and use the service without any problem although significant number of users were already reporting that they can now access the program normally.
That's why Skype is asking for more patience in the maintime as they work hard to restore the full functionality of the program. Therefore let's pray for its come back, soon.
