The Department of Science and Technology put to a test its Hybrid Electric Road Train in Clark Freeport Parade Ground in Pampanga today, June 25, 2015.
This train is proudly made locally by DOST's engineers. The 40 meter train was developed to address the heavy traffic in Metro Manila and other most populated areas in the country as it can carry about 240 passengers at the same time.
