Recently, MMDA (Metro Manila Development Authority) enforced their "No Apprehension Program" by which the enforcer will now never have to physically apprehend vehicles violating traffic rules but rather the state-of-the-art CCTVs' will do the job. According to officials, through this program motorist will become discipline.
