6 Must Know Causes Why Computers Randomly Shutdown or Restart

Anyone who has a computer in their homes or offices might already experienced this trouble where the computer itself randomly shutting down or rebooting. And then you began finding out what was really happening to it. Therefore, in this article it will enumerate the six must-know causes why computers are enduring such computer technical problems. You may not comprehend it well unless you know the foregoing:

OVERHEATING CPU (Central Processing Unit)
The reason why this case is occurring because of lack of thermal paste or dry thermal paste between the central processing unit and heatsink fan that keep it cool in order to work fine. The only solution to this problem is to replace it with new quality thermal paste or upgrade to liquid CPU cooler for more robust performance.

FAILURE VIDEO CARD FAN
Another common cause of random shutdown of computer is due to the failure graphic card fan. Make sure that the fan is rotating and free of accumulated dust so that it won't suffer overheating or else dismantle it, clean and blow it, and apply WD40 in its bearing in order the fan will rotate again and the computer itself will work fine.

FAILURE PSU (Power Supply Unit) FAN

In order to solve this problem just simply replace same exact fan specification.

INFECTED WITH SHUTDOWN VIRUS
This is hard to believe but crimeware and ransomware viruses are well known for shutting down computers when you attempt to remove it. Therefore consider scanning computers by using premium anti-virus software to detect infections and to identify whether you're infected with such viruses, and most importantly to heal and secure the computer in order to stop the problem from occurring again.

FAILURE CHASSIS FAN
Also, please don't take for granted this simple reason why computer experience shutdown and restart randomly because this can actually harm it. Make sure all the ventilation chassis fan is working and air flowing throughout the chassis so that it wont accumulate extensive heat from various component inside that can trigger shutdown or restart anytime soon.

INSUFFICIENT POWER SUPPLY
The last in the list is the most likely that you may not suspect to be the cause why computer is shutting down randomly, however, in some cases it may be. Double check your Power Supply Unit's label if it is powerful enough to support your computer demand for electricity especially if it's equipped with high-end components. And don't rely on generic power supply if you don't want headaches in the future.
